All firearm sales at Donahue Gunworks LLC are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once a purchase is complete. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a resolution that ensures your satisfaction.

At Donahue Gunworks LLC, we are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on all our firearms, reflecting our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. This warranty guarantees that our firearms will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original owner.


What the Warranty Covers:

  • Any defects in material or craftsmanship under normal use for the life of the firearm.
  • Repairs or replacement of defective parts at our discretion.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage resulting from the use of non-factory, reloaded, or +P (overpressure) ammunition.
  • Modifications, alterations, or repairs made by anyone other than Donahue Gunworks LLC or an authorized service center.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage.
  • Intentional damage or abuse of the firearm.


How to Make a Warranty Claim: If you believe your firearm is defective or needs repair under the terms of this warranty, please contact Donahue Gunworks LLC with your proof of purchase and details of the issue. We will work with you to assess and address the situation.


This lifetime warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. All claims will be handled directly by Donahue Gunworks LLC or through our authorized service centers.
